Star Dome with Wood Base

Hand-blown ribbed glass forms the dome, catching light along its fluted lines, while a cast brass star finial and matching loop handles anchor it in warm gold. The mango wood base grounds the piece — its grain visible beneath the glass — turning a everyday cheese board or cake stand into something worth setting the table around.

Lift it at brunch or at midnight, and it still feels like an occasion.
